With the concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to let you know how the team at Boston Environmental, LLC is responding. We developed a contingency plan several weeks ago to ensure that all of our business functions would continue on an uninterrupted basis should a work-from-home policy need to be initiated. Last week we closed our Portsmouth office to test the plan and I'm happy to report everything went very well. Please be assured the claims processing for TankSure®, marketing and development projects for Consumer Focus™, and all aspects of P3 and other related services will continue seamlessly for all customers.
We have the technology and infrastructure necessary to conduct business securely, remotely, and seamlessly. With the exception of physically being on-site, our team is prepared to provide you with the same level of communication and service that we have been privileged to deliver to you in the past.
The safety and well-being of our employees and customers is our number one priority. Therefore, we have implemented all of the protocols recommended by the domestic and international health organizations and will continue to monitor developments and take actions as deemed appropriate.
